Put your focus on what your body is experiencing right now. At this very moment, let your physical self arrive just where you are. Don't ask your brain what it thinks about this. Don't send your consciousness down into your body so it can monitor your current state and report back to you. Just focus on what you can hear, what you can feel, what you can see, what you can smell, what you can taste, and what you can hear and feel as your breath enters and leaves your body. Permit yourself to come to rest within, to fill up with your own presence, to feel your being. Experience what it's like to merely be alive.
